Fiat Bravo Launch

The Brief

Giulio Salomone, MD of Fiat UK, was straight forward, "Bring it in on budget" and "Make me happy." Based around theadvertising theme "Haven't we all seen enough of ordinary," Tebays were tasked with providing an event for journalists, dealer staff and fleet buyers, in all almost 1000 people over two weeks.

The Concept

Our concept was to build a large state-of-the-art temporary structure in the grounds of a stately home. Mixing contemporary and traditional styles allowed us to deliver an exciting, informative, innovative and inclusive event. In addition to showcasing the latest Fiat technology delegates drove the new Fiat Bravo and its competitors on a varied road route.

The Venue

Compton Verney House located near Stratford-upon-Avon was the chosen venue. A massive steel framed structure was built with a pristine white exterior and matching contemporary interior. Two stunning domes capped the structure which housed everything under one roof including a dramatic car reveal, floating islands, breakout rooms and catering conservatory.

The Event

The team worked in some cases around the clock to ensure that despite torrential rain the event was ready for the first guests at the appointed time. Once our set-up team had delivered the structure we brought in the training and presentation teams to complete their rehearsals. The stage was set, and the result... a very happy Fiat Managing Director, a huge success among the delegates and the reward for Tebays the subsequent launch of the iconic new Fiat 500.
